We utilize a partner network that has been tested and refined through years of collaboration. Our network is involved in producing our solutions, making them available to our clients without the need for separate agreements.

We continuously develop our network and are open to new partners. We can introduce new services based on our clients’ needs. For example, if you prefer a specific e-commerce platform or courier, we will build a suitable solution based on those preferences.

Our Network of Partners

An online store is built around several different service providers. No package reaches the customer without an experienced courier or quality packaging that protects the products, and a customer cannot proceed past the checkout without a functional payment experience. Considering these aspects and selecting the right partners is our core competency.

We build online stores independently on Shopify, MyCashFlow, and WooCommerce platforms, from which we choose the most suitable one together based on our principal’s needs. The operations of all our online stores are managed by the Odoo enterprise resource planning system. Regarding delivery methods, shipments can be successfully made through our extensive partner network at reasonable prices, even to the South Pole.

MyCashflow

With the help of MyCashflow’s software, we provide trading solutions for all your business needs: we can create a consumer-focused online store, assist in selling products in-store using MyCashflow POS, build an online store for B2B customers, and expand your store’s sales to international markets.

Klarna

Klarna operates internationally in 45 countries and offers direct payment services while enabling customers to pay for products after delivery. Klarna allows customers to pay for their purchases whenever and however they want.

Odoo

Odoo is an open-source enterprise resource planning system that consists of various business applications. The business applications built on eShoperator’s Odoo solution currently cover areas such as product management, CRM, purchasing operations, and inventory management for our customers. The business applications are integrated with each other, and the interface can also be made available for our customers to use.

Posti

Posti, known by all Finns, is primarily a company that provides logistics services. Posti’s delivery services are included in eShop’s contract selection, and we have extensive experience collaborating with Posti and its predecessor, Itella.

Postnord

PostNord is the leading provider of logistics and communication solutions in the Nordic region. The company operates in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, and it also delivers mail to individuals and businesses in Sweden and Denmark.

Paytrail

Paytrail is a domestic online payment operator widely used in online stores operating in Finland. Paytrail acquired its competitor Checkout Finland in 2021.

PaHu

PaHu is a domestic family business founded in the 1940s that serves all packaging-related needs. PaHu is the trusted supplier of packaging for eShop First’s online stores.

Our partner network evolves according to the situation and the needs of our customers, and it is by no means limited to the partners listed above. Through us, logistics services from courier companies such as Matkahuolto, DHL, UPS, FedEx, DB Schenker and many other special applications are also possible.
